Cab Services

We provide a range of Standard and Deluxe cars  along with Vans which can comfortably seat 4 - 15 guests, excluding the driver.

A strict delivery criteria is imposed on the taxi operators. Pick up time is not guaranteed, however we try to ensure that the driver reaches the pick up address before time.

About cars

Reservation can be made up to 12 hours before the the time of commencement of your journey. It is advisable to book as early as possible to ensure you get the vehicle of your choice. All efforts will be made to accommodate your choice of vehicle if your reservation is received within 12 hours of departure., like all car rental companies, can not guarantee a specific car make or model. We do however make all efforts to provide you the vehicle of your choice.

Tax & Tolls

Toll tax, parking charges and state taxes are charged as per actual at the end of the journey. Please settle this with the driver in return for the relevant receipts.

Our packages are inclusive of all of the above mentioned taxes. You do not need to pay these taxes if you have booked our package.

Our Booking Policy

Online : Payment can be made online through Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card and select wallets.

Cash to Driver :  Cash advance can be paid to the driver at the start of the journey and the balance to be settled at the end of the trip.


Charges and Cancellation

Outstation travel rates are applicable on per day basis starting at 12:00am. Extra day charge is applicable if the return is after midnight. Local travel rates are based on 8 hour/80km scheme. Distance and time is calculated from Garage to Garage.

There are fixed rates per km for each car type. The total fare charged includes the rate per km multiplied by the distance traveled plus driver charges and applicable taxes/charges (toll tax, parking charges and state taxes). Minimum of 250km (300km in Bengaluru) per day or actual, whichever is higher, is charged.

Our system of handling bookings is automated and once your journey is confirmed by our Customer Service Center, a cab is assigned to report to you.

We do understand that sometimes, plans change and you may need to cancel a booking. Please tell us as early as possible about your booking that needs to be cancelled. We can avoid a cab reporting to you, when you don't need it.

In case the booking is cancelled more than 48 hours before the pick-up time, no penalty will be charged.

In case the booking is cancelled 24-48 hours before the pick-up time, 50% of the advance deposited will be deducted as penalty and the rest will be refunded.

In case the booking is cancelled 0-24 hours before the pick-up time, 100% of the advance deposit will be charged as penalty.
