Brijbhoomi Tour in 2 days


Day 1

Leave early morning to take a two and a half hour drive from Delhi to reach  Vrindavan by 09:30 am. Meet your guide in Vrindavan who will explain the historical importance of the temples in Brijbhoomi. Visit the following temples in the morning -  Bankey Bihari Mandir, ISKCON Temple, Nidhi Van, Prem Mandir, Govinddevji Temple and Madanmohan Temple.

Most of the temples close between 12:30pm – 04:30pm.

Proceed to Mathura and check in your hotel. After lunch visit Krishna Janambhoomi – Birth place of Krishna and Dwarkadhish Temple followed by Yamuna Aarti in the evening. 

Day 2

Leave for Gokul early morning at 06:00am to visit Nand Bhawan, Thakurrani Ghat, Brahmanand Ghat and Raman Bihari Temple.

Proceed to Goverdhan to visit Daan Ghati Mandir  (where Goverdhan mountain is worshipped as a rock) and Radha Kund.

Travel to Barsana to visit Shriji Mandir (Radha Temple), Daan Bihari Temple and Kushal Bihari Temple.

The last leg of this tour is to travel to Nandgaon to visit the Nandagram Temple and Pavan Sarovar (where Yashodha used to bathe Lord Krishna)

Leave in the evening around 05:00pm from Nandgaon to reach Delhi by the night.

Package constituents

The package constitutes cab transportation and hotel stay from our partners/ third party service providers / Independent contractors as described in the itinerary.


The package is subject to confirmation at the time of booking this package. Once receives a confirmation of availability of cab and hotel from our partners/third party service providers / Independent contractors, a confirmation email / SMS will be sent to the guest. Every effort will be made to procure the cab and hotel of choice indicated by the guest, however, in case of non-availability of any of these services, an alternative will be suggested by our team through phone/email. Once the confirmation is received from the guest, the booking will be processed. If the guest does not wish to take the alternate cab / hotel suggested, the amount paid will be refunded after deduction of applicable charges.


We have mentioned the indicative names of the Hotels for each tour. We reserve the right to change the same due to unavoidable circumstances. In that case we may provide alternative, similar accommodation for which we are not liable to pay any refund. We will not be responsible or liable in case of loss of property or life at the Hotel. Similarly any damages caused to the hotel rooms during your stay, shall be payable by the guest and will not be liable for the same.

Please be reminded that all special requests like early check-in, smoking, non-smoking, views, floors, king, twin, adjoining and/or interconnecting rooms are strictly subject to availability upon arrival and cannot be guaranteed prior. Any expenses arising out of this is to be borne by the guest.

Accommodation for child below 12 years

It is expressed and given to understand that a child below 12 years of age who is booked on the package tour paying the special rate without a bed will not be provided with a bed in the hotel while on the package tour under any circumstances. In case the guest makes any changes in their rooming while on the package tour, shall not make any refunds or pay any compensation to them. In case the guest decides to make any change in the rooming while on the package tour subject to availability, then they shall be bound to pay additional amount charged to them by the concerned Hotel directly to the Hotel.

Cab transportation

If you are carrying any high value items in your luggage in the cab, we advise you not to leave them behind when you leave the cab. We will not be responsible or liable in case of theft or robbery of the said items from the cab. All baggage and personal effects are at all times and under all circumstances your responsibility. Any damages caused to the hotel rooms / cab during your stay, shall be payable by the guest and will not be liable for the same. The drivers of the vehicles are bound by specific rules like maximum driving hours within a day/during a week, rest period per day/week etc. Guests will have to strictly adhere to the prescribed timetable for the day so that the driver can complete the travel. In case, any of the sightseeing schedules is missed due to delays caused by the guest, the same will not be refunded to the guest under any circumstances.  Please note that AC will not work in Hills and no claims to this regard shall be entertained.


The breakfast menu is pre – set by the hotel as mentioned under the inclusions of each Tour itinerary. The meals will be served at restaurants of hotel of stay or the same could be arranged at local restaurants. We cannot process a special meal nor do we guarantee the special diet to the guest. We however reserve the right to change the meal arrangement if circumstances make it necessary to do so. If a tour participant does not avail his/her meal in stipulated time; he/she has to avail the meal on his/her own arrangement and expenses. No claim can be made for the meal which he/she has missed and not utilized.


The tour cost does not include any costs towards the Travel / Medical Insurance premium. In case the guest needs an Insurance coverage, it is suggested to go for suitable insurance policy on your own. The guest has to deal directly with the Insurance Company in case of settlement of any claim.


The package itinerary is fixed and no modifications/changes in itinerary/hotel/cab are permitted once the journey has commenced or during the journey. Changes are subject to cancellation charges levied by the hotel at the time of making these changes. Some hotels have a non-refundable policy on the room booked. These will be applicable to the changes made.

Other charges

The guest agrees to pay and settle any charges directly with the hotel as demanded by the hotel for the services used in the hotel apart from the services mentioned in the inclusion list of the package. will not be liable to pay any amount to the guest or hotel for the services which the guest has availed during the trip other than the services mentioned in the inclusion list of the package.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

    45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour / service cost
    15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour / service cost
    07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour / service cost
    72 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund

Note: Written cancellation will accept on all working days, except Sunday. Any cancellation sent on Sunday's will be considered on next working day (Monday).

For the X-mas and New Year period from 20 Dec to 05 Jan the payment is non-refundable.

In case the guest cancels the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ partners/third party service provider we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.


There is no refund payable for any unutilized services (e.g. Meals, sightseeing etc.) for any reason whatsoever. Refund will processed only for bookings cancelled within the cancellation period as per the cancellation policy. Refunds will be processed once received from our partner/third party service provider / Independent Contractor. The time frame for refund is between 15 – 45 days.

Documentation requirement

All Guests will need to carry Government issued ID proofs ( Aadhar Card / Driving License / Passport)  in original at the time of travel. PAN Card is not considered as valid ID proof at many hotels as it doesn’t have residential address mentioned on it.

Also please carry Birth Certificate in case of travelling with infant / child without ID proof.

Our Liabilities & Limitation act only in the capacity of an agent/facilitator for the partners/third party service providers – hotels, cab transporters & contractors providing other services & all exchange orders, receipts, contracts & tickets issued by us are issued subject to terms & conditions under which these services are provided by them.

It is hereby declared that the immunities provided under this contract shall be available to the Directors / Partners, Company's Managers, including Holiday Managers, Employees, Servants and Agents of but not to the partner / third party service provider/ Independent Contractors selected by

All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants' safety, comfort & general wellbeing.

Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, cab transporters etc. Hotels and cab transporters retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of such changes the rates quoted before the modification, can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or cab transporters. All hotel bookings are based on their check in and check out time policy as indicated in the hotel policy section.

We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.

We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.

We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Guests are advised to seek such insurance arrangements before the commencement of travel. All baggage & personal property/s at all times are at the guest's risk.

Please Note: We will not be responsible for any costs arising out of unforeseen circumstances like landslides, road blocks, bad weather, etc.
